Search giant, Google, has finally confirm the release dates for the much anticipated tablet, the Nexus 10 2. The tablet is expected to roll out on the 21st of November. The much silence by the company is actually because of the Play Store. Google wants to improve the Play Store first before launching the Nexus 10 2.
What kind of improvements on the Play Store are we to expect? Google made it clear in its latest announcement to make all the tablet-optimized apps easier to browse on the Play Store rather than browsing every app without a much needed indication on the platform it is for.
Android developers are already notified on this matter to segregate their respective apps between tablets and smartphones. Failure to do so, the apps created will be auto indicated to be for smartphones only. It is great of Google to have made such a move for the 70 million Android tablets users.
Some reports also suggests that Google will release the Nexus 10 2 along with the Nexus 8. The 10 inch tabled will boast a full HD display with 2560x1600p resolution. The device will also run on a quad core Snapdragon 800 chip processor with 2GB of RAM and an Adreno 330 GPU which sees it as a powerful device. The Nexus 10 2 will have an internal memory of 32GB and of course, the new Android 4.4 operating system.
