iPad 4 vs iPad Mini vs Microsoft Surface RT vs Nexus 10 vs Nexus 7
Many people will prefer the iPads as it is the most well-known of all tablets. However there are many more choices out there and some may offer more than the iPad. The iPad Mini is a slimmed down version of the iPad and if you cannot afford the price tag of the full sized iPad 4, this could be the perfect choice.
The Google Nexus 7 comes with a superb price and it has the latest Jelly Bean OS, therefore this is a serious contender in the tablet market. However it does lack some features and many are wondering when Google will release the next version with these missing add-ons (LTE, rear camera, etc). If you want a tablet than has better specs then you could look at the Nexus 10. However specs are not everything and you do have to consider how much you have to spend on a tablet. It also appears that some people are paying out more for a Nexus 10 than they would for the iPad 4 from Apple given it has a better display and hardware as a whole.
If you are in this predicament then check out the comparison video below which pits all these tablet against each other. Bear in mind before choosing a tablet that the iPad comes with a battery that does last longer than any other rivals. The Retina display iPad lasted 811 minutes, while the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 lasted 532 minutes. While the difference is a lot, this was the closest rival. However it’s not all about battery life, and only you can decide which tablet is the best for you. Check out the clip below.
