The Jelly Bean 4.3 update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is rolling out and it brings support for Samsung Knox.
Back in July Google revealed the Jelly Bean 4.3 update for Nexus handsets and this was at a time when many devices had not even been updated to Jelly Bean 4.2. Owners of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 saw a long wait ahead thanks to Samsung choosing to bypass the Jelly Bean 4.2 update for the handsets in favour of Jelly Bean 4.3. This was due to the fact that the later brought with it support for Bluetooth LE, which is needed for the Samsung Galaxy Gear to work alongside the Note 2.
So owners of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 have had to wait for Samsung to roll out Jelly Bean 4.3 and of course the carriers have played a part in this wait.
So what can you expect from the update to Jelly Bean 4.3?
The update to Jelly Bean 4.3 for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has been rolling out slowly over in the US. Following the update some people complained about the handset being slow to charge and issues with battery life.
It is to be expected that the update would have some issues as no OS is perfect when it first arrives on the scene. Samsung will have to work with the carriers to test and fix issues and this takes time. So if you are seeing issues with the update, just be patient and hang in there for a fix.
